This new bakery and café in Sillebroen, Frederikssund, is really interesting.. The new owner has a handle on the long end, with this concept.. Lovely Danish breakfast bread with good variety as we already know it... - and on top of that you can buy well-buttered smørrebrød in exciting versions... The rye bread is home-baked (of course) and the topping itself is creatively done, beautiful, and very tasty.. Do not miss this really good experience, because it is a well-thought-out concept.. We - my girlfriend and I - strongly recommend that you pay Torvets Bakery and Café in Sillebroen a visit..
