Awesome! I've been considering getting an ebike for quite some time and I'm truly happy that I ended up getting one there! We've talked some via emails, where I got all my questions answered and then I was offered a test ride which is a great option as you can try the exact bike you want before purchasing. Had a telephone agreement with the workshop to pick up a 108-tooth belt for my electric bike - arrives within opening hours and for inexplicable reasons they say they can't sell anything today... practice experience

I paid DKK 26,000 for a speed pedelec, where the motor broke after 7,000 km. It costs over 8,000 to have repaired. Just a pity to say the e-bike center and bosch, as the two-year warranty has expired. They won't even give me a new engine without adding overhead. Really unsatisfactory and very disappointing.
