This place is not was it was when it opened, way back... It was never amazing, but it was better than it is now. It is a good looking place, stylish from the outside, so one enters with expectations. Sometimes one can overlook the food quality if there is enthusiasm from the staff. That said some people still buy their kebab here, very heavy on cinnamon, and salad dressing. There is no fixing this even with a bowl of their chili oil, which is not hot. This place looks great, but needs someone who knows how to cook or someone who cares about food. You have 20 places in the area, choose the one where you are met with enthusiasm, it's sometimes a good indicator. I can't recommend Amager Kebab 2001- 2023

A bit burned crust the falafel were still delicious 😋 Fires were also seasoned nicely and crisp, and everything was hot and juicy. A bit more tomato would have been nice. Even if the place wee tiny they manage to give room for seven seats at three tables. That's an accomplishment.

I had a falafel and my friend a kebab, both weren’t good and way too fat. We both had diarrhoea. Also service was awful, costumers were treated like dogs..

Not much English spoken but the owner is very very kind and tries hard to communicate! Their pizza sandwich is delicious, not all kebab shops put cheese on it but he puts a REALLY tasty one on it. Love it.
