Hello Our Chef. We had a very boring experience on Saturday 22/8-2020. You were supposed to deliver a luxury buffet J for 28 people at 17.00 somewhere in Søborg for a confirmation. I called you at 17.09 when you hadn't come. I got hold of a gentleman (unfortunately I can't remember his name) I asked if they couldn't find the place, as no one had come with the food. He sounded very confused and started talking to himself. He then told me that he had no more orders for Saturday 22/8. I gave him the name we had ordered in, and told him that they had also withdrawn the money on Thursday 20/8. He found our order and had to tell me he was sorry. And didn't have anything he could make for us. There I am standing with a confirmation student who was very upset, the guests had arrived and we had to eat at 5.30 pm. You couldn't find a solution, the only thing you told me was that you couldn't do anything, I told you that you had 5 minutes to deposit my money as I MYSELF had to go out and find some food for everyone our guests on a Saturday evening at 17.20 This is very unprofessional, you should have found a solution for us so that we didn't have to call around ourselves to find out who could help us. We have not heard from you, think it would have been appropriate to have called us back to find out if we had found a solution ourselves perhaps after 10 minutes or had sent us an email with an apology. But no, the money you had withdrawn from our account is also exactly the money that was put back. Finally, I would like to say that if some of you want to use this company in the future, you should remember that you can always call CAFE A in Herlev because they can deliver so BIG ROS to them Betina

Our chef had to deliver a 3-course menu for my grandson's confirmation. The agreement was confirmed and the money withdrawn 2 days before delivery. On the day there were 22 guests and the food did not arrive. We called and moved and they didn't come as they had forgotten. They did nothing to fix the problem, they actually didn't care. Do not use this company, it should be blacklisted. We will do everything to ensure that NO ONE has the same bad experience as us. Never use this company.

Then we again enjoyed the food from our chef and, like last year, again very good yellow peas and pancakes. Everyone in the Frederikssund Retirement Club was extremely satisfied and there was absolutely no shortage of food. There are already some who have signed up for next year's event. It was just Super food - Everyone praised the food to the skies, The food tasted absolutely terrific👏lovely easy to handle and plan when you have guests. - We used it as a take-home table and had it delivered to my holiday home in Melby. Thanks for a great experience! We ordered a luxury buffet for an 80th birthday, there was plenty of it, the meat was perfectly tender and above all, all the guests were happy. Definitely worth recommending and not the last time we use Vores Kok.
