I have eaten their fish burger (picture) many times and I love it. And the truffle mayo is so good. The portion/price ratio is not high but it's because it's all made with expensive raw material, add the recent very high food inflation and you get the full picture.

Wanted to experience lobster rolls, we ordered two different variations. Super small serving size and the below average taste were a big turnoff. Probably was the first n last time to try this.

This lobster roll was great. The bread was the perfect temperature and texture. Great fillings. Not sure why it is currently rated low... my wife and I thought it was excellent.

Absolutely loved the fries and the truffle mayonnaise. It was so more ish. The fish was a little small and greasy but decent enough. It is Copenhagen so everything is expensive. I got the fish and chips meal deal included in the all inclusive Tivoli ticket.

The Lobster Shack used to be good but don't bother unless you want inedible food with attitude. Check my previous reviews; I very rarely leave bad feedback but this place doesn't deserve anyone's time or money.

Very disappointed. Paid 300 Danish crowns for 3 lobster rolls. Turns out we only got 1,5 rolls - cut in three pieces. Signs and photos showed full sized lobster rolls and when I turned to the staff and asked about this they blamed it all on running short of bread. We received no offer of any compensation. These guys have to seriously improve their level of service and inform their customers of the current situation.

Good appearance, poor flavor. Rubbery lobster, off-putting pea taste and strong fish roe added up to a poor dish

It was just okay. A very small amount of fish for the price. Chips are just so, so. I would have preferred handcut for the price. You have to pay extra for any condiments you would like to have with your chips.
