Highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a bike! We paid way less than we would’ve had we used Donkey republic or other rental services that has a more online presence. This place is very lowkey but deffo worth looking into if hiring a non-touristy bike is what you’re after. Cash only fyi, also not sure about opening times but they’re definitely open from Tues 9ish and Wed 5ish.

Had new puncture free tire fitted, asked to have screen removed. It was broken. He took both the screen and the luggage carrier....I didn't get a receipt for the DKK 400 I paid. Luggage carrier from new Costs DKK 199.

Bad service! I asked for a patch for DKK 50. When I pick up the bike, he has changed the entire tire at a price of DKK 350. And that without calling to ask if it was ok! This happens 1 year ago. When my girlfriend's bike punctures here in June 2019, she asks them, without knowing my history, to patch it. The same story repeats itself. They change tires without asking for 7 times the price of a patch. When she confronts them, they just say that it's good quality, and by the way, if she can find it cheaper elsewhere, she should probably be refunded the difference, as if that's the point! Dishonest people!

Terribly bad, unethical and lying service. I had dynamo lights fitted on saturday and on monday when i will ride the bike for the first time after they were fitted the front light is already broken. When I confront them about the problem, they refuse to replace the defective light. Then I decide to agree to pay for it, but suddenly it is twice as expensive to get a new one compared to what it cost to have two put on. When I ask whether the lights live up to being legal, they say that the police only look to see if you have lights on or not - not how far or how brightly they shine - it obviously doesn't matter. I leave without buying a new lamp, as they change the explanation several times as to why the price has suddenly increased. First they say double what I gave the first time - has always been the price, but when I show the receipt as proof, they come up with the fact that apparently headlights are always more expensive than taillights. It makes no sense and it was a very uncomfortable discussion.

They are lightning fast when you need to have your bike patched. I have had it patched 4 times over the past few years and each time they are ready in less than 1 hour. Today he did it in 15 minutes!

Cheating and deception. It was the most miserable and poor service. Got the bike hose changed. 14 days later my tire was flat again. It seems like a very suspicious undertaking. You can't even pay by card. I advise you to stay far away from this shop.
