TERRIBLE SERVICE I brought my cargo bike to change a tire and the guy told me that I had 1 year warranty. After 2 months the tyre was totally damaged by the used! as the other one I had is completly new... worst quality at a high price (600Kr). I have gone to try to get a replacement and they have told me they won't, even having the receipt, they are really the worst place you can go to get your service or repairs. NEVER AGAIN

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The guy promised to tighten the spokes of my bike for150dkk over the phone. I go in the shop and asking again, he says it would have been 500dkk!! Also, really unpolite: he kept texting while I was talking to him. This shop doesn't even know what customer service is about!

I brought my bike to repair a flat tire and 8 days after the wheel started loosing air gradually again. I come back to the shop asking how was possible and they stared telling me that because I’m italian I was trying to find excuses. i left the shop immediately . obviously NEVER again

Fair prices and courteous staff. I walked in searching for a used bike and I was impressed with their selection and willingness to accommodate on cleaning up natural wear and tear. I'm a happy customer and would certainly recommend stopping by!

Terrible experience, the owner was incredible rude and it made me very uncomfortable. Can definitely not recommend, plus we agreed on one price and when I picked it up he charged more.

The boss is a scammer and rasist, very rude service. He promised many services when I bought the new bike, but when coming back within a few month for any problems, he just shouted and chased me away. Stay away from this shop and don't believe anything he said.

The guy is a trickster. I went there to fix my bike, we went over the problems and agreed on a certain price. When I came to pick up my bike he suddenly added 450 kr. to the bill, just like that and with no reason. He did offer to skip the tax system and reduce the price for cash payment... No thank you.

Wish I could put 0 stars. I rented a bike for 5 minutes and realized I didn't need it. Tried to return and he started shouting for no reason about the cash register not letting him. Horrible service and person.
