Amazing place and a fantastic collection of shops..rather pricey

I want to report an unsatisfactory service experience. I was informed that it was allowed to return an item after the deadline, as the size guide on their site was misleading and the dress therefore did not fit. A very popular dress to be sure, which is usually sold out. However, my return was rejected on the grounds that it allegedly had a 'strong perfume smell', which prevented them from accepting the return. This claim came as a surprise to me, as there is no information on Modstrøm's website regarding the ban on the use of perfume when testing their products ((: Unfortunately, it has also been very difficult to establish contact with the company, and they reply at intervals of several days and with a flabby tone. As a result, my dress and the associated amount were held for 17 days until I received a credit note??. However, they fixed the size guide in the meantime :) I am deeply disappointed by the inadequate service, which I otherwise rarely experience. It will be the last time at Modstrøm, unfortunately.
