It was a long day with lots of walking around Copenhagen, we decided to head back to the Copenhagen Hotel and eat at the Midtown Grill. It faces the water so it was a lovely scenery. The waiter was nice & friendly. The restaurant is clean and modern. The only vegetarian dish that delighted my palette was the pasta dish with chanterelle mushrooms. I love mushrooms so I was excited to try this dish. I wish the chef had put more flavor on this dish - either more salt, garlic or parmesan cheese. I also wish the noodles were more al dented or another type of pasta would be nice too. So this is why I gave it a 4 star. My husband ordered the cheeseburger with fries and definitely thumbs up. My son ordered the kids chicken nuggets with fries and again another thumbs up. Never seen this before but the restaurant uses a robot to pick up food from the restaurant kitchen and deliver to the bar. The robot is programmed to deliver food over to the bar. Check out my video below. So overall, the food was good. Some improvements on the pasta dish.

The breakfast is very good. There are a lot of choices. I stayed for five nights, the breakfast was consistently good. The dinner menu is kind of limited, eat for one or two nights is still good. Most of the servants are very nice.

Excellent tasting menu, great value. Our server (I didn’t get his name. A young man from Argentina) was wonderful. The food served is very high quality. Highly recommended.

The food was good, the waiters were kind, the menu was varied. Overall a good experience. However, the portions were a bit small and the prices were a bit too high for what you were actually getting. The place had a smell of fish from the kitchen. If that is a good thing or bad thing is of course up to you.

Very relaxing evening after a long, long day of travel. Welcoming service and attention to details by staff who obviously care. Hendricks and tonic (with cucumber garnish!) was perfect and that is not said lightly. Hamburger was tasty and perfectly presented. Baked potato was spot on for what diner wanted. Three choices of dessert all looked good!

We ate here for breakfast as we were staying at the Marriott. As a platinum member, I’ve eaten at Marriott all over the world. It was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Great selection of fresh fruits, breads and meats. Nice omelet station and good hot food as well.
