Nonsense and completely unprofessional. Had booked an appointment for service, preparation for inspection and then inspection. Called extra to secure this appointment and was told to shoot it a day due to busy schedule. When I received the car it was not seen. Henrik had just "forgotten" that, but no problem, it would go through smoothly. It just didn't do that and Henrik couldn't understand that there had to be something to come after. Kind of like an amateur cleaver... just don't use the incompetent fool
