Went to a preschedule service time, but did not feel the focus or the "welcome customer love experience". Come on VW Køge, Denmark you can much better than that!

We were driving back from Sweden to the Netherlands. Just after Copenhagen three warninglights were lit on the dashboard of our Volkswagen Caddy and the car started 'trembling' when driving faster than 70 km/h. Luckily our navigation system found a Volkswagen garage in the neighbourhood. When we arrived to the Volkswagen Køge garage it was 17.45 and the garage was already closed since 17.30. The ligths were still on and the "Filial- & Servicechef" opened the door for us. We explained our problem and could drive into the workplace. He and one of the mechanics checked what was going on, found the problem and fixed it. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you so much for this wonderful service!
