Most employees here are very friendly and helpful. However, there is an elderly geezer working here, who seems to demostrate symptoms of a violent allergic reaction to non-danes and who should maybe seriously consider going straight to hell

Words would fail to describe the owner's dreadful behaviour. Avoid

Unpleasant and unhelpful staff on the phone (just because my Danish is not good enough to discuss prescription)

Incredibly bad and arrogant service. After buying medicine pen, which unfortunately was defective. You can't get a new one there, it has to be sent in. 14 days waiting time.. minimum, with a smile from the adult clerk... The good reviews are shown from the previous owner. You bet on medicine calls..it's good for the bottom line..

I came into the store today to buy some pregnancy multivitamin and some calcium for my wife. When I go to pay, the employee starts to tell me that the content in the multivitamin for pregnant women (which follows the recommendations of the Danish Health Authority) is not optimal and that an ordinary multivitamin is better, but also that it is better to eat 1000 mg of calcium for the recommended 500 mg per day. She also mentioned that she had researched the area... It is simply beyond criticism that an employee at a pharmacy goes directly against the recommendations of the Danish Health Authority and values his own opinions and so-called research more than what that research is about.
