One star is WAY too much. WORST BANK EVER! DON'T CHANGE TO PASSWORD. THIS IS THE WORST BANK YOU CAN EVER SWITCH TO. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Hi every one, If you are considering switching to SparNord, do not for your own sake. This is the worst bank I have ever had. Unfortunately, I had to change when I had to buy a home, but I regret it. They contacted one every other month regarding MobilePay transfers which do not reach them. As long as I have an income on which I pay TAX it should not be their business what I transfer to family members. I have explained several times and sent documentation. A month or two goes by and I am contacted with EXACTLY the same question that I have already answered. If you want a bank that contacts you all the time with the same question, then happily switch to SparNord. In addition, it costs to pay one's manual bills, which it has never done for me in other banks. I call them to understand why I keep getting asked the same question, but can't get help and am told I will be contacted the next day, now a week has passed and they HSR still haven't called. Instead, I once again receive a message on online banking regarding the same question that I called to clarify. You would think they have nothing else to do. It is already an expensive bank and then I have to use my free time once a week to explain to them things I have already done before. I didn't think it was right in any way that they should interfere in WHY I transfer small amounts due to what I use my money for, when we all have an income. So how do you launder money when everyone has a job and pays TAX as I have explained several times. We live in a digitized world, which makes it normal to use MobilePay. Who does not do that? I could understand if I transferred DKK 5,000 a day and they looked surprised. I recommend NO ONE to have SparNord

Crazy fee. Fee for having one's account. fee for one's savings account has transferred it from and others the transfer. bad service from here.
