This "bank" is completely out of control and can't put 2 and 2 together! I wanted to exchange Nordea.dk for Handelsbanken.dk, but they did not accept it because, without asking, they assumed as a given that I did NOT have a NemID, and they could not imagine that I was a customer of Nordea.dk, then I had to have a Nemid!! Even the untalented bank manager in Helsingør couldn't put 2 and 2 together either, and even though I explained the connection and why I had my accounts, both in SE and DK, the result was the same, rejected because they thought I didn't have any Nemid, which I have had since it came out!! Summmasumarum , avoid this incompetent bank for your own sake !!
