I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Michael at Egedal Cykler. My electric cargo bike had a flat tire and just before closing time, Michael went above and beyond to fix it quickly, so I wouldn't have to leave it outside overnight. Michael greeted me warmly and, despite the late hour, promptly repaired the flat tire with expertise and efficiency. If you need bike assistance, I highly recommend Egedal Cykler. Thank you, Michael, for turning a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience!

My bike broke on my way somewhere. I spontaneously dropped by the next bike workshop. They had a look at it right away and accepted it. Very competent and friendly. Good and transparent communication. Highly recommended. Good work!

I went to buy a spare lock and bell for my bike. Guy at the counter was friendly and gave me a doscodison price as well as fitted the lock. He oiled the chain, put up a missing bolt in the rear frame and checked brakes without asking for it, free of cost.. had a good experience and would recommend to others. Not sure about the bad experience in revoews, probably it's best to check pricing before getting things done?

Bad customer service and the "service" option for the bike is just pure bull****. I came in the store and said that I need my bike patched up. First thing that the guy did is stood surprised that I am not Danish. So we were just looking at each other until I broke the silence and asked if he can tell me what is included in the price. Guess what, if u have a mtb he will only adjust the brakes and pump the tires and lubricate the chain. No wheel adjustment, no chain adjustment, no front/rear machine adjustment... When I asked him how much would it cost to shrink the chain cause its too loose he said 500dkk?!?!?! LOOOOOOOOL I gues he wanted to put a gold plated chain on my 2500dkk mtb. Funny guys. To conclude: bad customer service, very bad, bike service seems bad as well and it doesnt include the usual service adjustments like any other bike shop should. Even if I had a classic danish one-speed bike I wouldn't leave it in the shop just because of the customer service.
