Have been going to Billi for over 5 years now – always timely, available, great service, and great cut. I see there are unfortunately some fake reviews below, so watch out for those.

Refuses to take you in as a customer even if you have a gift card for them, which has been the case ever since the gift card was issued. Their excuse was that they didn't have time and they haven't since, so the money I paid for the gift card has been lost. Why do you sell gift cards at all???

Worst Salon Ever!!!!!!! IT SHOULD GET MINUS STARS Insanely unpleasant owner. If you try to make an appointment you will constantly be asked to call the next day. When you finally get through, you can prepare to get an appointment in a month and a half. Of course, the owner also gets angry with you while you try to find a time. Not serious.
