Haven't tried the meat at your place, but hopefully good. However, your smørrebrød is not very tasty. Dry rye bread, rubbery fish fillet, way too much mayo in egg salad. And the service was nothing to shout about either. You only get 3 stars, although 1-2 would be more deserved on the smørrebrød, but since you are a butcher and I haven't tried your meat, you still get 3 stars.

I can't recommend the smørrebrød either. They have fallen on it. There was old mayo on my scrambled eggs. I only saw it when I got home.

Super good experience. First time I visited the butcher and got super good service and a good price. The owner (I think) was a mega bro and I will definitely come again :)

At one point bought some of his own products - the coleslaw is sublime and his meat sausage is really good. His pepper sausage was sublime - an explosion of flavor when you took a bite. The opening hours leave something to be desired - but that's how it is with most specialist shops, who haven't realized that there are also customers on a Sunday.

Uhm, there's roast pork and steaks again and yes, fresh products, real meat that's not vacuum packed, of course not Bilka prices, but quality not quantity... update d 17. 11. 22 still the same good quality, it's great that there are still real butchers
