Such a nice experience. My bike is now up and running again, and I even got a big discount as I came to collect my bike a little earlier than he thought (I'd argue it was just as much my mistake). Great and very kind service as well as transparent pricing. Will consider making the trip from NV to Strandgade next time my bike needs fixing!

Fantastic experience! The professionals here have a lot of knowledge and are always happy to help, the repairs are always fast (when I bring it in the morning, it's ready in the afternoon) and I fully recommend! When I had an issue with gear shifting, the initial repair did not solve it, but when I brought it back they worked on it again free of charge with no issue at all, fixed it and even gave me a coupon for next time. Flawless client service, thank you so much! I'm sure I'll be coming back with all my bike-repair needs.
