I have lived here since 2008, when there was no study control, now there is. There has been good unity here, but it was diluted when we changed the board. It is relatively expensive to live here as it is poorly insulated, we have to use oil-electric radiators together with district heating to get the temperature up to 20/21 degrees. We live on the ground floor where there is a basement below and it is always cold here. But apart from that I like living here, the apartments are bright.

An abandoned project. When I moved here 6 years ago, I was happy to live here, but in the past few years, unfortunately, a lot of noise has arisen on a daily basis, which is both due to the fact that every person, regardless of whether you are a student, is allowed to live here and since actions such as fighting, daily arguments and loud music unfortunately have no consequences. This seems to be because, although it is described as "college", it certainly does not meet the given definition. Furthermore, the inspector tends to be very 'large' to the extent that neighbor complaints are shelved until he himself encounters the person the complaint is about. E-mails and telephone inquiries are not answered, so if the problems that you may experience are mainly in the evening, nothing will be done about it, since he is not present in the evening. So it seems primarily to be an abandoned project whose goal was to house students, but which ended up housing everyone. My experiences include a neighbor who plays music so loud that the middle of the floor vibrates, which took place while I was writing my bachelor's project, but also in the morning in the evening. Shouting, arguments both in the parking lot, hallways and in the individual rooms, and people who have come up and are fighting both in the parking lot and in the hallways. Furthermore, it very often smells of hashish, as more people sit and smoke in their rooms. If you are looking for a place where you can: - Do what you want without consequences - Smoking weed without any action being taken against it - Not needing to be in peace after a day at study or work Then this is the right place! If you would like to: - Peace and quiet after work or study - Rooms whose smell is not characterized by people smoking both hashish and cigarettes next door - Possibility of being able to read and/or work from home without being disturbed Then this is definitely not the right place!

When they have phone time, you just can't get through. Just like the phone is picked up and hung up. I've been trying all week and it's been the same.😡😡😡

Dorm? It looks more like a residential complex with small, nice apartments of 1 to 4 rooms with bathroom and kitchen
