Would never go here again! The guy that works there will just con you and tell you that you need parts that you clearly don’t. Came in with a flat tyre and needed a new inner tube. He then proceeded to tell me that it was the tyre that was flat and tried to sell my anti puncture tyres even though I already had them on the bike and they were in good condition. Also insisted on only taking payment with Dankort which is ridiculous when Dankort isn’t even used that much anymore. All in all a bad experience and would not recommend him to anyone who wants an honest opinion and price.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bike shop. I brought my bike in to have the chain, pedaler, and brakes tightened, and was charged 1000kr. Not only was this incredibly expensive, but the repairs were done poorly and the chain and pedaler still don't work. The mechanic was unhelpful and only seemed interested in selling me more parts. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Super good service and friendly staff! Fixed a small problem with my new bike without having to pay. Unlike Bente, however, I find it very difficult to understand how you can basically expect not to have to pay for a bicycle repair. And I find it even harder to fathom that the fact that the bike smith asks for payment for work done can cause a customer to try to destroy the bike shop's customer base by giving written crap reviews on Google. I am speechless!

I have personally shopped at Østerbro Cykler several times, and I have always been very satisfied with their service. All in all, I would highly recommend Østerbro Cykler to anyone looking for a good and reliable bike shop in Østerbro. The prices are reasonable. And if you need emergency repairs, you can count on them to get your bike ready quickly and reliably.

Really good service and a very nice man. It's very cheap compared to the other bike shops I've been to, and he repaired my bike very quickly. Highly recommended!

DKK 50 to have a pedal arm tightened. It took 5 seconds. Very high hourly pay! Comment to answer from Østerbro cycle: When the bike mechanic had tightened the pedal arm, he left without saying anything and without saying a price, which we took as a sign that it didn't cost anything (it happens that you get these kinds of services for free). We called out thanks to him without getting an answer back. As we then started to cycle away, he shouted at us from inside his shop that we had to pay. We did not intend to cheat from the payment.

Smiling and friendly. As a family, we have had our bikes fixed here for a number of years and it is always good service. Warm recommendations from here

Great service and very reasonable prices. Fast delivery - collected and arranged my new bike in 30 min. Incredibly sweet and welcoming. How glad I am that TRIA bikes in Nordre Frihavnsgade gave me an arrogant rejection when I wanted to buy a bike to take home :-)
