If you want to rent a bike in Neuchatel this is the right place. Friendly staff, good bikes and if you have the Neuchâtel tourist card the rental is free for a whole day. However, the prices are good. Nice to take a tour along the lake. Green light 🚦

Careful with this place. They don't give you the entire information when you rent the bikes. We had a blew up pump right in the beginning of our journey and I had it replaced and fixed because it was too far from the original shop. Paid 200 kr and kept the receipt. The guy from that store said the pump was in really bad shape already. My surprise when I delivered was that this sketchy guy refuse to pay those 200 kr saying that I needed to know the law and that he had given the information of calling them whenever there was a problem, what was a lie (couldn't even swear on his kids). Useless back and forth where the sketchy guy was being rude too. Overall can't recommend this place. In the end you pay what you get. Will try to contact the manager but with no hopes upon. P. S the email I was given does indeed not exist... Still waiting for a reply on the one they show in the website.

Great and fast repair service! We agreed upon a price beforehand based on what I thought I needed of new parts, turned out he could fix it for cheaper, and charged me less than half the agreed price. Even got offered a cup of tea!
