I came in with a flat rear tire and a worn rear brake. The employee exclaimed "The tire is completely worn down" and something similar about the brake. I found this a little annoying, since I had just gone to a bike smith to fix my bike problems. He said he could fix it, but that it would take him 5 days (incl. Weekend). It was actually fair enough. When I saw, the following week, picked up the bike. Had he managed to fix one thing: He had changed the hose. He hadn't done anything to the brake or the tire as agreed, but told me again that it was worn out and that I would have to get it fixed soon, and that it would be expensive. He took 500 kroner for this. A hose costs approx. 40 kroner (60 with delivery) and I can change one like that myself...

5 big stars from here! My bike was punctured, so I went down to City Cykler to get it fixed. I got it fixed without any problems, but when I ride it the next day, unfortunately it's crazy again. I go down to the shop and explain the situation, and the next day it is ready again! He says that they had overlooked something, which was the reason why it was punctured so soon after the patch, and I won't have to pay extra. That's what I call good service! Can be highly recommended😊

My boyfriend was tricked into paying 500 kroner to have his chain and screen replaced. It broke after a month. Take the folehaven's bikes instead. Much better prices and it actually lasts

City Cykler is a fantastic bicycle shop with a large selection of bicycles, accessories and spare parts. The staff are expert and friendly, the prices are reasonable and competitive. An excellent experience, I would definitely recommend!
