Had to hire a new contractor (and pay double) to have the floor leveled so that it could be used. Sewer drawing/removal was never submitted to the municipality. Pgld later claims that he does not remember what he did. Foundation made incorrectly and with large concrete pockets in/near the ground. Really scary job. I don't think it is authorized.
