The mechanic should improve on his technical knowledge about fixing a bike. His work was quite sloppy which caused further damage on my bike.

Great service. I've been living in Nordvest for some years now and the owner of this bike shop always helps me when my bike breaks. He is also very honest and prefer him to the bigger bike stores that never really check my bike in detail. I recommend this place! A very happy biker and owner of longlasting bikes, Barbara

This place does quality repairs. There are a few negative comments here but it's quite clear the second you walk in. The man has a mindset for quality. When I went in for a repair he basically did a free check up and lubrication of the bike in front of me - then made a decent deal for new parts, and had a fast turnaround time on service. The business model is simple - although contradictory to many other bike shops - do a quality repair rather than a temporary/cheap one. It will make a repeat customer in a city with bike shops everywhere.

Bike had flat tire, they change new anti-puncture tire, super expensive, in few days it went flat again, they said they don't know why and offer to fix it with of course more money. Came again after few weeks to borrow tool to adjust bike seat, they said its not possible to lend it. Very stingy, bad service.

Insane bad service. My bike was punctured and he tried to give my everything new. Totally ties to take your money and have your bike outside not locked. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!
