Terrible service or rather total lack of service at all. Sad to see that the 3 young people who were in the store today are not trained to say hello to customers and offer their help when they enter the store. Nothing happened during my visit today. Was completely ignored despite being in the store for about 30 min. Even when I was inside trying on underwear in the fitting room, I had to go out myself and find other sizes. I will never come again.

Really good service from competent staff. They take the time to help you find the perfect sizes. If they are missing some sizes, they make an agreement to contact someone when the requested sizes are back in the store. Even the most "impossible sizes" can be found here. Was recommended this store by a friend 7 years ago and has shopped here ever since. Highly recommended - a good piece of advice is to set aside some time when you need to find the right underwear. Because there are so many models to try.

I think it is beneath all criticism to make a competition, announce that you win and not reply. Yes, I don't live in Copenhagen, and therefore don't have the opportunity to visit the store (as you write you must in a subsequent message), but that was not a criterion in the competition itself. I think it is cheating people in the hope that you will get more followers/likes on social media.
