Average pizza truck, nothing to write home about. I ordered the bambina. Pizza was a bit underbaked, so had to put it in the oven for 5-10mins when I got home with it. Though it was raining cats and dogs, so could put it down to atmospheric moisture content if I was feeling generous.

A nice Napoletan style pizza, close enough to what you’d find in Napoli. Dial your expectations, though, we’re still in Copenhagen. 🙂 The Zucca is by far my favorite! Simply delicious! I would suggest an even more messier/mushy dough. 😁 And those that are looking for a Roma style, more crusty and dry pizza, it’s not for you.

We’ve been loyal clients of this pizza truck for around one year before yesterday. We had such a disappointing experience that I am not ready anymore to recommend it to others as a pizza reference point on Island Brygge and I am not clearly coming back anymore. Their loyalty program is nice - buy 9 pizzas and get the 10th for free. It is worth noting down that they will give you the cheapest pizza for free (if you buy 2 or 3) which is neither logical nor client oriented. If you want an more expensive pizza for free, you have to buy one to fully fill the stamps card and then come back for the second one separately. However, these are trifles. The major turning point that turned us off from this pizza truck was the quality of their pizza. Last time we came there on Friday evening, two pizzas that we received were not crusty as usual, the toppings were more liquid than usual so that it was impossible to eat it without spreading the food everywhere around you, and half of the ingredients were undercooked (like potatoes on patate-bacon pizza) which was not the case usually. Come here at your own risk because the quality is very inconsistent - you can be lucky to get the best pizza in the world or have a deeply disappointing experience. I prefer not to play bets and go to Otto Pizza next time :)

Enjoy a taste of Italy as you travel . Try to ask Alin (the pizzero) to serve you , he have the most of the experience. Don't forget to tip :))

The pizza I ordered came completely wet and cold, the tomato sauce and the cheasse was spilled all over the box. I was super hungry so I still tried to eat it but it did not taste good at all and went to buy something else.
