Last week, when I was in this store. There was Really one staff very rude in this store.When there were the other customers in the store, he was one face, to me when there were empty he was another face to me. Hahaha.....Definitely not recommend this store. That staff even covered the checking he did, told me that it was his colleague did with exact name to me, hahaha,.....it really did not a big deal. But ...........bad service..And I very regret that I bought the bike from thansen..I should return the order in the beginning

Last month I bought a VGA explora scooter after one month was broken without even using it a lot . I tried to contact the customer service to be able to apply for the warranty service. They gave me an appointment for 3 weeks later and when I took it to the service they didn't repair anything and also they gave me the motorcycle in even worse condition. I can feel the control of the motorcycle if demage when it wasn't . Also I gave them the motorcycle half tank of petrol and the motorcycle came with out petrol and with some extra miles . NEVER BUY ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM THIS SHOP . IS ANYTHING HAPPENS THEY WON'T TAKE CARE OF THE WARRANTY.

Deal All, Yesterday, around 18 ive bought hand warmers for scooter, for which ive been refused to get company invoice. The answer was that i need to speak with the support. I dont understand how you cant issue/cancel (if youve made it wrong) payment which has done physically in front of you and you forward your mess to the online support. And of course the older person on the desk, was really rude (saying im cheap looking for company invoice of 130 kroners) thinking i dont understand Danish...

They have little to no experience with theit products. If you ask them its like asking a 4 year old... they would just know better. This store really makes me see t hansen as a bad shop

This is where you can buy bicycles and spare parts for cheap. Sometimes they have a sale offering 30% off on bikes. Hard to beat.
