When changing to winter tires, I sat in the waiting room and watched as one mechanic set fire to another customer's car when he had to heat up a steering ball to loosen it. When I received my car the wheel covers were missing. When I subsequently changed to summer wheels, my beautiful 18" alloy wheels had been stored on a metal shelf in the backyard, which had scratched three out of four rims. I drew attention to this but they disclaimed all responsibility and said that I had made them myself. I will never go to that store again...
