Rude, arrogant, ignorant and condescending. -Edited to respond to Ditte's comment below. I was referred by a doctor and spoke to Ditte. Ditte explains that you can only be referred with either diabetes, an ingrown nail or something else. I state that my doctor probably wrote diabetes. But that I no longer have diabetes. I haven't asked Ditte about her position - but still get a 5-minute rant about how far I feel or not. She says we shouldn't discuss that, but starts to discuss further. So shut up if you don't want to discuss it Gitte? I'm trying to get an appointment, not listen to your opinions. We make an appointment anyway, because Ditte condescendingly says that I need to be checked for foot problems due to diabetes. After which, less than an hour later, I get a call and cancel my appointment. Even though Ditte was so clear that my diabetes should be examined, she apparently still asked her colleague to call me back and cancel the appointment. Ditte, I think Steno has quite a bit more competence than you, so maybe you should keep your comments to yourself so you don't end up demotivating or belittling other people who are actually having it pretty hard. You obviously don't know enough about the subject, but you can possibly search for articles published in the last 5-10 years and see that there is a new and broader understanding of the disease than when you took the exam :) Pathetic and useless example of doctor - no human. Get better Ditte.

I have received the most wonderful treatment from Tina (the owner), and I must say that my sour riding boot feet have been given a new lease of life! There is a lovely atmosphere at the clinic, the staff are extremely friendly and they take the time to listen to your needs and flaws. I will definitely drive all the way from Vedbæk to get treatment here again! Thank you for a great treatment and guidance to keep my feet healthy! // Mathilde

One of the most unprofessional clinics in terms of customer care. I think a stress course and assignment of tasks is the way forward. So there is no talking on the phone. With unnecessary small talk with an exceptionally high number of fake laughs. While you sit and get your feet fixed. She tried with words to have attention, but is not present at all. Closes all conversations and corrects me in much of what I say (general talk, not professional talk). It never became authentic focus was everywhere else. Then she should have been silent throughout the treatment and at least said something instead of rolling around both physically and mentally. So you might have had empathy and understanding for why you as a customer could book an appointment when there was absolutely no surplus and/or time for the treatment. A really tame treatment. A treatment that only took 30 minutes. I have never received such a short treatment. There is a difference between a stressful day when the lokum burns and a lokum that has burned down. You notice this kind of thing immediately as a customer. - My intuition tells me here that the lokum is in a light hat. Update! Reply to owner. Have you considered that it is a customer experience?!? Your perception of your store is neither fact nor truth and not objective at all, you're the damn owner. At no time have I screwed up the clinic. I have referred to customer experience not the craftsmanship. When you say I'm not in the system, it's probably because I took over a friend's time. You also entered me into the system and I paid for it?!? What kind of paranoid thinking and making a factual customer review suspicious. Are you so used to people hurting you? I am deeply shaken and deeply touched on your behalf by the need to give such an answer, rather than seeing it for what it is. Note that I have never asked for compensation. I'll just never come back. But likes to tell others that a customer wants to feel not only comfortable but also well treated, at the same time as their feet are fixed. Is your/your clinic definitely not a place I would choose/waste money on. Have taken a screenshot of your answer in eternal memory of the gargon. Think I don't know how happy your customers are and how many recommend you. (Irony can occur)

My 3 year old son had a foot wart. Was completely nervous that they were going to cut him. But it ended up that he didn't notice it at all and suddenly it was cut away. Great place, will come again soon.
