I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Helen's catering services for a wedding celebration, and I must say it was an absolutely incredible experience. Helen prepared and delivered a sumptuous feast for five people, and every aspect of the meal was simply outstanding. First and foremost, the pasta frutti de mare that Helen prepared was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. It was evident that Helen paid great attention to detail in selecting the ingredients and crafting this dish. The pasta frutti de mare was the highlight of the meal and left everyone craving for more. Not only were the side dishes delectable, but the desserts and salad were also exceptional. The desserts were beautifully presented and tasted heavenly. Each bite was a burst of flavors that delighted the senses. The salad was fresh, vibrant, and accompanied the main course perfectly. Helen's ability to create such a well-rounded and harmonious menu is truly commendable. Wonderful dinner served at home. We have asked dinner for 8 people from 3 different nations. All the people have been amazed by the fresh food and wonderfull presentation and amazing taste. We really reccomend the cattering.

Rotella's kitchen supplied the refreshments in connection with the association's annual general meeting. The landings tasted good. And the ready-brewed coffee went well with the home-baked cookies. Rotella's kitchen has an excellent comprehensive service that the association will use again.

The evening's catering for 25 lodge men with three "Danish smörrebröd", eggs and herring, roast beef with remoulade and grilled salmon with butler sauce. All full and very satisfied. Fantastically good. Thank you Helen!
