The store assistant there is the most ungrateful person I have met. Even though I obviously paid quite a high price for a simple repair, he seemed to be doing me a favor, repeatedly saying "you're welcome" without me even saying thank you in advance. It's the second time I have gone there because it is the closest bike store to my office, and I wanted to give him a second chance. Unfortunately, his attitude makes me not want to recommend or even go there ever again. Sometimes I wonder why some store assistants are still working with people if they do not know how to treat clients.

After living 5 years living in the city, I can tell that this is one of the best bicycle shops in the town, they offer one of the best and fastest services in town (and believe me I have try it all), and is very well located, next to Nørreport station, but that's not all, besides repairing your bike, you can rent one for your friends or if you are a tourist you can drop your luggage for a good price. In addition, they have very good accessories for your bike if you need an improvement.

This is my long term favourite bicycle repair shop in town and I've been around for quite a while! Proffesional yet caring service, no extra fees for consulting, neither angry at my amateurish worried questions. Mir is always kind to look at the problem right away, assess the issue, and find earliest time to fix- sometimes instantly. Thank you ! I'm grateful to have found a bike mechanic that I can always rely on and doesn't cost fortune. :)

I discoverd Rosenborg Cykler shop during my stay in Copenhagen. The place is perfectly situated in the center. The bike was very confortable even for a day trip. The staff is very charming! Definitely coming back next time :)

Excellent experience. Two adult bikes for 24h, bikes were great, drop-off arrangement was clear and non-problematic even on a Sunday. Would hire from here every time.

I come often to Rosenborg Cykler for repairs to my VanMoof bike, as they're an authorized partner shop. The service is good: i make an appointment on vanmoof's website, drop the bike and get a sms when the work is done. For non warranty repairs i also bring my bike here as the price is fair and honest (i could service the bike myself but it helps to have an expert getting the right parts and make sure that they're installed well). They also offer repair services for other bikes, as well as rentals.
