A bit Pricy, but the flavors really pop. I am happy with all 3 choices. A little too little on vegetables. 1 carrot for 2 persons, and it is a stew type dish is a little too little as it was the only vegetable. If you want a more balanced meal, you need to have some staple vegetables at home. The box it was delivered in was way too big for the little food and the meat was not really lying on top of the ice packs so this needs to be addressed for warmer months as mine was delivered at 3 am so many hours before I picked it up.

We have ordered a meal box we never received, it was placed at 01 in the morning in front of our door, which is outside where anyone and everyone can take it. They won't send a new meal box, super bad service. No thanks to meal boxes with you!

I have been using straight for 10 years and my kids have helped with almost every meal prepared. It is really easy to follow the recipes and there is almost never a shortage of ingredients. We have been extremely satisfied with everything, including delivery. Now we have outgrown the regular delivery as the children have acquired interests that require more time. I could use a little more vegetarian friendly dishes.

These are mostly good recipes, but it is misleading to write that there are 40 dishes to choose from. There are 14 that are free to choose from. You have to pay extra for the rest. Some dishes cost DKK 9 extra, others DKK 39 extra. Lamb cost up to DKK 100 extra for Easter.

It has been quite a few years since I subscribed to a meal box from retnemt.dk, and quickly chose it because of the poor quality of meat and vegetables and boring dishes. Experienced that their meat went bad after a day in the fridge, and was told by their customer service that it was because I had stored the meat at too high a refrigerator temperature of 5 degrees and that it should be stored colder, which they in the same email wrote that very few Danes could, since ordinary refrigerators do not have lower temperatures than 5 degrees. I think it was an arrogant answer to them and chose to stop being a customer of them.

I was basically quite satisfied with your product, but that was before I had to use your customer service to cancel a delivery, think that you are no longer large here 2 days after New Year. After I have unsuccessfully tried to deregister my delivery, which is not due until Thursday. I call customer service and ask if they can change it. No, she can't, as I should have written an email instead, but if you look at your website, it doesn't say anything about you having a buffer in the morning to change the items. So of course I think it's not a problem since it's 2 days before the delivery has to take place. It can't be done and now we get things we can't use because we're not at home.

We are incredibly happy to shop for meal boxes at retnemt.dk. Getting rid of planning and large purchases every single week is like a gift sent from heaven. We have chosen to get meal boxes from RetNemt because of the variety options. The fact that each week you can choose between approx. 10 dishes make the offer more flexible than many of the other suppliers of meal boxes manage to achieve. The dishes themselves are a pretty good idea for everyday food. Occasionally I might supplement with a sauce or prepare some vegetables that I have gotten used to always having in the freezer. The recipes are easy to follow, and the contents of the meal box are matched to the quantities in the recipe. I therefore get rid of a surplus of vegetables or other ingredients that I don't get to use. Super product for a busy family, or simply for a family that wants to spend their time on something other than meal planning and shopping.
