I used to live round the corner from this place. Best pizza in Copenhagen, by a long way. Still go back when I am in town. It's still the same old rude and shouty owner. It's still the same proper clay oven. It's still the best pizza base you are going to taste outside Italy. And the stuff they put on top is the real deal. Piccola Italia is the thing I miss most about living in Copenhagen.

Recommended by a Dane. Out of curiosity I took a whim to take away. It was good. Pizza is like Italian pizza because it is made by Italians. The patron also had an eye for a compatriot abroad.
