When it comes to repairing mopeds they have no experience at all.. they can just change a light bulb, do an oil change and maybe fix a puncture.. after being there 3 times with my scooter it still ran and coughed like it was know and run out of gas. Each time they said: yes, now it was fine.. but it still ran just as badly every time.!!!! And I had to pay for all 3 times they had looked at it even though they could never find the fault... I was over 2000 DKK poorer altogether. Should never have gone in there.. one for no service, and they were rude and unplanned.. It turned out that my scooter just needed a new needle bearing, as there was a lot of play in it..

Condescending and factually incorrect answers to questions about spare parts for saddle attachment brackets. Arrogant and arrogant parting comment like "you'll handle that". the clerk was openly not satisfied that I know a stainless screw (it is marked A4) and claimed that it was special steel and that I should have a new seat post. Say what? Uhhh NO! Only went in there out of necessity but will now be gone permanently and would recommend everyone else to do the same. There are plenty of FAR better bike shops nearby that actually bother to TRY to hear customers' questions.

Fantastic and accommodating service! There is an understanding of what you as a customer need, and time is spent on all the advice you may want. The staff has an enormous knowledge of everything within bicycles and equipment. Good advice and good bikes at a good price!
