Doggy place. Never leave your id there. They gave us bikes without any written agreement. The bikes were falling apart. We brought them back 1H later than agreed and they asked for more money which can be totally fair but they threatened us not to give back the id if we didn’t pay the extra few euros which we didn’t have cash in that moment. Totally illegal, I had to say I would call the police to have my id back. Be very careful.

After a really stressful day my back tyre on my cargo bike needed replacing. I called up in advance to see if they could help after being turned away from another local cycle shop and they were more than happy to help. They repaired it really quickly. Thank you for being so helpful. :)

They were not finished fixing my gears in the promised timeframe. Arrived at the correct time, and I had to go home and come back again to be able to pick up my bike. Also the 2 personnel is extremely rude. They fixed my bike, it works fine even after months, but the service was very bad unfortunately. Disappointing how people in the service branch can talk with customers like this.

Lent my bicycle to a friend who had a flat. The shop told him that the tire is not good and replaced it. The tire was hand made with kevlar coating that was used only a few months. That took place before closing in the evening. The following morning I called them to ask for the tire back, and they said it was disposed already

Beware, they are thieves. He did a 1-minute job yesterday and charged my wife 250 Kroner. When I confronted him later, he was very rude and tried to justify. He knew he was lying. They are thieves, you can get better work done for much less elsewhere that these brothers.

Will try by all means to get more money than agreed beforehand. Had a couple of bad experiences. Ask tourists for higher prices than written on the wall for bike renting ...

Overpriced, charges 159 kroner for a no name china chain, that you can buy for 10 kroner on the internet. In that pricerange you should get at least a shimano or a KMC chain...
