Absolutely disappointed with this bank, I applied on 06/02/2020 to open a bank account with all the documents they requested. Today is 22/03/2020 and I haven’t received any call from them. At the beginning they told me that gonna take 3 / 4 weeks but that isn’t true.. seems like they just don’t care. I went to the bank to ask about my situation and they told me that gonna take one more week, it’s already 1 month from that. Avoid this Bank in my opinion Danske Bank has a much better customer service and they show that want to help you.

They just don't want to help me just because I won't stay more than one year even though I have a job here and really need a bank account to get my salary.

They blocked my account and nobody reply my emails so I have no access to my money from Spain.

Just like everyone else writes in a big way. Extremely bad treatment. Customer service and staff at the bank give completely different answers. I am happy to take my money to another bank.

Very good service and advice. Didn't answer anything he didn't know for sure. But researched and came back with correct information. Have previously experienced bank advisers who just answer what they think is approximately right and you have no chance of knowing when they actually know things for sure or when they are sloppy. Better to have someone who knows his limitations then investigate and come back. Can only be recommended.
