Extremely Disappointing Experience with Kfastigheter: Lack of Responsiveness and Poor Customer Support My family and I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting an apartment through Kfastigheter. While the apartment itself was nice and located in a desirable area, our overall experience with the company was nothing short of disappointing. The issues we encountered with their lack of responsiveness and poor customer support overshadowed any positive aspects of the rental. Communication and Responsiveness: One of the major problems we faced was the company's unresponsiveness. Whenever we needed to reach out to them regarding any concerns or issues, it seemed nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. This lack of communication left us feeling frustrated and neglected as paying tenants. The inability to address urgent matters in a timely manner, such as power outages, was particularly distressing. Electricity Issues: The building had ongoing electricity problems, and it became a recurring issue for my father during his two-year tenancy. There were several instances where he was left without power, sometimes for extended periods. The situation reached its breaking point when the company failed to respond for several days, resulting in my father being without electricity for a staggering three days. This level of neglect and disregard for basic amenities is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. Key Handover and Deposit Return: Another aspect that left a sour taste in our mouths was the process of returning the keys and receiving the deposit. Despite thoroughly cleaning the apartment, a check-up revealed minor issues, such as a smudge on the wall. The company initially allowed us the opportunity to rectify these concerns, which we promptly did. However, when we later requested the return of my father's three-month deposit, Kfastigheter claimed that they needed to hire a cleaning company. We eventually agreed to split the cost, as the new tenant had already moved in. Unfortunately, the company representative responsible for our case suddenly ceased responding to our messages, leaving us in limbo for almost two months without any updates or resolution. Our experience with Kfastigheter was truly disappointing and disheartening. Their lack of responsiveness, poor customer support, and apparent disregard for the well-being of their tenants were major drawbacks. We strongly advise against renting from this company if you value being heard, supported, and treated with respect. The frustrations we encountered throughout our time with Kfastigheter overshadowed the positive aspects of the apartment itself and left us feeling ignored and taken advantage of.

Beware of these pranksters! Non-serious. and really difficult to deal with. Expensive and never fixes a bug report. Won't even look, Wants to be paid for old damages in the apartment caused by the previous tenant. During the inspection, their staff is not prepared but accuses and wants to force you to sign that you are responsible for damages you did not do yourself. Then after a month or so, an invoice comes that you just have to pay + a certain percentage they add. even if you did not cause the error from the beginning. Like I said, be careful

Very unpleasant when moving out!!! New tenants, keep in mind that KF will never approve the walls regardless of how well they are plastered. They request both filling, sanding and paint so that they don't have to repaint themselves before the new tenant moves in. Had three different inspections all because of the walls. This was their plan all along to never approve because as I said they never repaint and so they send an invoice for them to paint over the spots themselves 😏

Worst property! I have moved on the first of November 2022, had wrongly reported the wardrobe via my pages. The first report I made was closed without anyone looking in my apartment! Got the report again through my pages, got a message again that they won't take any action and closed my report! No one had come to the apartment and checked! You pay SEK 13,500/month and they don't even look, so sad. Then you just have to move somewhere else.

Unfriendly staff and the apartment I was going to rent had big dark spots on the walls and then we asked them to repaint those walls but they wouldn't, told me I could paint if I wanted!! They called it "normal wear and tear"!(The apartment was built in 2016) The caretaker stood outside the door smoking and went in and smelled smoke in the whole apartment afterwards. "Water and heat are included" it says in the contract, but you pay for the electricity from an exhaust air heat pump to heat the water for the elements and for the apartment. During the period I didn't live there I paid over 1500 one month and over 1000 another, without using anything!!! Cleaned the apartment when I moved and it was in much better condition than when we got there and then when we left I got an invoice about six months later that I have to pay 5200 because they brought in a company to vacuum and scrub a hatch in the kitchen .

Definitely not recommended to stay with K properties. Wanted to extend the notice period by another month to probably have time to find a new tenant. Then they want the apartment back in better condition than when they got it. So no usage practice applies.
