Good service and friendly staff. I brought in a bike with numerous small issues, and I'm very happy with the outcome. The initial price estimate they provided turned out to be the final cost, and I got a transparent explanation of what they did - and they don't - on my bike. I'll be back :)

I went to him primarily to get my chain fixed since it was loose. When I picked up my bike again he had fixed a dozen of other problems and made me aware of which ones that on the long run could require replacements etc. A great service at a great price!

If you're having a bad day, don't make your potential customers pay for it, man! I am shocked by how disdainful, disrespectful and angry the owner/keeper is. I didn't even have to go in the shop, the 1 minute interaction outside the shop while he was parking the bikes was enough to never, ever want to go there. I am surprised this place has such good ratings. They're not at all deserved.

The best and most professional bike service I've experienced in Copenhagen. The full bike service was for a good and fair price, and the bike felt like brand new. Wahi is very friendly and speaks English so no problem to communicate anything. Before the service, he looked at my bike and told me I might need to change the bike chain but he said he will give me more info after he checks it in more detail, so later when I'd come back to pick it up. I came back, and he told me the chain was still fine and should be good for winter time but might need to be changed in around 6 months, so really honest, he didn't try to make me pay extra and didn't push me to buy a new chain, etc. Furthermore, the cable from the gear shift was broken, I didn't know it was, Wahi changed it for me at no cost, because this is not something we agreed on, after this change, my gears stopped dropping, amazing! Very professional of him. Besides that, at my request he installed a front rack for the bike (for the bag, etc.) and referred to his massive book with bike parts to tell me for sure what is the maximum weight it can carry, again very professional approach! Overall as you can see I was very happy about the service. Just so you know, the general bike service does not include cleaning the bike, you must do it yourself. Thanks again Wahi! Lukas
