It's all about finances, they have no such thing as mutual respect for employees or citizens, as an employee you must be able to drive from the lakes up Valby hill to behind Søndermarken in 3 minutes. They cheat you for your bike allowance, they get a star only on the basis of that, otherwise I would have snuck them up to 3 and maybe 4 for my colleagues
