Inflammation in the jaw, due to "dead" molars. Treatment of 2 dentists and 3 calls to unprofessional secretaries. Bad guidance, bad pain treatment, failure to listen to symptoms, 6 days in pain hell, could have been avoided with the right medical treatment. Subsequently, would tell the experience face to face, again met with deaf ears. bill, not possible to take home. Been a customer for many years, always been super satisfied. It seems that things are too busy and the focus shifts from what is really important. The actual work with the molar is a super nice craft. Unfortunately, this overshadows the experience of pain and lack of listening. I am strongly considering finding another dentist.

Don't go there if you have a fear of dentists! When I got there, I was mistakenly not entered into their system even though I had received a reminder SMS. However, I came to dental technicians anyway. But the secretary's attitude about it was not very cool. She seemed almost annoyed with me that they had made a mistake. The examination itself was fine enough, but since I was so scared and cried during the examination, she thought their dentist should call me and tell me what was wrong and give a price comparison. It was a bit strange to leave without knowing what they had found... Thought it must have been really bad. In any case, I look forward to the dentist's call. After a week I hadn't heard from him. I therefore called down there to find out if I had misunderstood something, but it was indeed written in my journal that he wanted to call. She wanted to let him know. It's been over a month now and I haven't heard anything. I have a huge knot in my stomach, and I actually don't want them to do my teeth now either. I think it's disrespectful. Now I have to overcome my fear again and find a new place, where I have to pay again for a preliminary investigation. But the west is my fear, it has only gotten worse from this experience. How do I know I'll be taken seriously next place? Can't recommend this place.

Without a doubt Denmark's best dentist! Came to Martin for the first time when I had to have a wisdom tooth removed. No pain either during the procedure or afterwards. Have been there a few times subsequently and have been safe and satisfied each time. I recommend Martin to everyone I know! 😄

The premises are very nice. The staff are incredibly nice and I felt safe and in good hands from the moment I walked in the door until I finished. Even though I hadn't booked an appointment for teeth cleaning, I got it fixed anyway. It was nice. I have tried many dentists and clinics in the world and in Denmark and only now do I have the courage to go to the same place again. Would highly recommend Elsinore Dental Center. And I'm picky.

Fantastically nice people, very warm and listening. Good prices and absolutely top service! I had an unoperated molar and was a little nervous, but I completely relaxed in their company and felt very safe. The next day I was called to find out how I was feeling, if I was covered enough for pain and if there was anything they could help with to make me feel better. Really good service! I will continue to be a customer here! + they have comfortable seats. 😊

A super good service and really good craftsmanship in a very pleasant environment. Got i.a. anesthesia (without being able to feel the syringe at all) and made a broken tooth. Fortunately, they were the only ones open on Saturdays. Can only recommend this place!

Skilled competent professionals who put the patient at the centre. You always feel welcome and comfortable. A dentist is very much a matter of trust. This means that I happily use almost 2 hours of transport each way. I can highly recommend Elsinore Dental Center.
