Good place to have traditional Danish food. Nice rustic atmosphere. We had stegt flæsk ad libitum (only possible to order if the whole table orders it). It was good but not exceptional. The slices of pork were in my opinion a bit too thin and too dry. They are not supposed to be soft and tender of course, that is clear, but still, perhaps having thicker slices would have helped to have a better balance between crunchiness and juiciness and a better texture overall. The service was ok, but not as great as described in other reviews. In general you can't go wrong here if you want a traditional Danish meal, although it's not the best stegt flæsk I ever had.

A really fantastic experience! Danish "smørrebrød". We had "Stor lux Juleanretning". Lots of different types of bread with a mixture of different things you put on the bread. (In Norwegian we call it pålegg, and it has no translation to other languages, but it basically means: "Everything you can put on a peace of bread".) It was salmon, different kinds of herring, different kinds of meat, duck, meatballs, the famous "Danish flæskesteg", which is made from pork. And of course whatever "whatnot" your tastebuds can desire. This eating experience was hightened to a joyful level by the experienced waiters that were both polite, but also funny with their comments while serving us. We ate until being "stuffed", and l recommend this place for everybody who enjoy the combination of good food and a good laugh! We will definitely come back! We have been back in 2023, and the experience was again amazing! And the waiters were just as funny and service minded this year. 🤣

Good dining Danish experience. The dishes are huge so value for money is great! Everything was tasty and good and there is a good selection of tradicional dishes. I unfortunately got a very bony (too many fish bones) herring fish. The location and service is also good. You can book online but there is a fee of 250kr for not showing up which is fair. However, you also have to pay if not everyone shows up (the exact number of people you booked for).

Nice tasty "smørrebrød" and a good selection of "snaps". Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. I also tried their evening menu, in a bigger party, and that was also delicious.

Very traditional restaurant with excellent service and authentic food for a fair price. If you want to tast "Danish" this is a perfect place.

Was here late last year, the authentic danish food was delicious all round, even down to the cheese and bread. A fond food memory. The service was very friendly, professional and charming. A nice place to sit in, well worth going.
