Great food and service. Small eating area so may have to wait in busy times. Lunch menu looked extensive

A casual local and informal pub away from the busy centre. The pork schnitzel was massive, but tasty. Breadcrumb batter was light and could still taste the bread. The meat was tender and lightly pink. The decor reminded me of the old pubs. The Jacobsen beer worked well. Highly recommend! Only thing is I couldn't finish the dish, and worried about food wastage!

First class we had not heard of Morten's aften but there was a special duck meal and it was terrific

Fantastic traditional Danish restaurant with all the classics dishes normally. During Xmas they do an authentic, huge Julefrokost for only 349,- that comes in four enormous servings of herring and chicken salad, and many other Danish classics including a flæskesteg. Decorated like an old style brown bodega, it doesn't get much more authentic than this. One of the gems in Copenhagen.

Absolutely delicious fish. Huge portion. Sooooo good. We came twice, I had the fish both times, it was that amazing. Hubby had the fish, second time Frida's steak. That was also very good. The waiters are so friendly and kind. On our first day there was a huge party and we were sure we'd be forgotten, since everybody was busy with the large table. But no, we didn't have to wait for long at all, the staff made sure to show us as much attention as needed. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Googled this place about 5 years ago (search criteria was “traditional Danish”) and it was utterly fabulous. Been going back whenever I visit, as have everyone else who has been introduced to the magic of Frida’s, including some natives who didn’t know about it. The staff are ALWAYS EXCELLENT, as is the food if you’re open minded about trying the local stuff. It’s Danish prices but you won’t regret it or forget it. Frida’s is 5-10 min walk from main Copenhagen station.

A really great atmosphere, relaxing but also rustic. Menu of very tasty local dishes, very generous portions. The waiter also kindly advises which beer to pair with the dish: the beers on tap are truly excellent!

At Fridas you will not have a big variety of different dishes, but everything which is in the menu is really tasty! We tried the Wienerschnitzel, Hot pot pork tenderloin, Fridas Steak (Steak in style of the house) and the fish of the day. Everything was delicious! Very friendly service!!! I can really recommend to do a reservation. There are not many tables available, especially if outdoor dining is not possible. The reservation can be done on their webpage. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation mail, if there is a table available at your time of choice.
