Had found the desired bike on fri.dk, which unfortunately was not in the store. I wrote via the website, and got a quick reply that it could be ordered home from the neighboring shop for a test drive a few days later. I have just driven from the shop with the bike, and only experienced tip top service throughout. Good advice and no sloppy attempts to sell me something I didn't need (which always makes me buy more anyway). Great recommendations from here!

We can absolutely recommend this business. After a breakdown with the bike trailer (on our vacation of course) we looked for a bike repair shop and came across the Fri BikeShop. An inquiry was answered by email within 25 minutes and the corresponding repair took less than 15 minutes. When we saw the great price, we were absolutely thrilled. Many shops in Germany can use this service as a model. Thanks again.

On a cycle tour around Zealand with heavy luggage. The rear wheel kept losing air pressure, and instead of standing on the side of the road and changing the tube ourselves, we cycled into Fri BikeShop. Despite the fact that they were in a hurry, they arranged it immediately. I barely managed to finish the coffee I got, then the hose was changed. Super service, recommended!

Best bike dealer in North Zealand, super service. however, there may be a wait time in the store. they give sog time to service everyone so they feel comfortable. And Andreas is a super day-to-day manager
