A phase was gone, in all our 10 townhouses, Thursday evening at approx. 5.30 p.m., called Frederiksberg EL installation at 18.30, at 20.00 the fuse out in the road had been changed and everyone had power.

The power had gone out, so we called Frederiksberg El-Installation's 24-hour security. A young electrician came within an hour. He had problems finding out what the fault was and after a few hours had to make an emergency solution with a cable through the apartment, so that we at least had power in some places. Under the circumstances, it was very fine and he said that we would be called the following morning by himself or his boss, to arrange a time when they could come by and do it properly. We never heard anything back from Frederiksberg El-Installation, apart from an invoice which arrived after a few days. We therefore contacted the property's electrician, who apparently spent the first hour troubleshooting a problem caused by the electrician from Frederiksberg El-Installation having changed two wires behind a socket he had taken apart. I don't know if it's right or wrong, but it seemed plausible and I at least know that Frederiksberg El-Installation did not return to us as agreed, in order to complete the work they had started and had not been able to immediately to solve.

I had ordered an electrician to come and look at a socket, but shortly before he came I had tested positive for corona, so he couldn't come up to my flat. I then get a bill of DKK 312.5 for not having received any service.

Frederiksberg El sent Christian to connect white goods, lights and a hood in my kitchen. Christian did a super good job. Had good ideas on how to solve the task in a better way and the communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend Frederiksberg El and use them again myself.
