Terrible service, I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines day. I haven't received any notification or tracking number and the flowers still haven't been delivered (15/02). What a shame... I definiteley don't recommend the service.

I wouldn't recommend because they were 24 hours late with the delivery and were able to deliver the order only the next evening, though it was ordered couple of days in advance. And they don't call the recipient though it was requested in the order both in English and Danish. The flowers are beautiful of course but be prepared to wait several days for them.

I ordered flowers but they never delivered it, emailed them, they never responded. I spent 60 dollars for nothing. They don’t answer phone or emails. This is a scam.

I was unhappy with the bouquet that was delivered in a less than fresh and perky condition. Two days after the birthday which was ordered and scheduled two days beforehand, the flowers drooped and were dead. I felt cheated and as if cre was not taken to deliver a handsome long lasting bouquet of birthday florals. I will not order from you again.

I sent two bunches of flowers. Both lady's ware very pleased and told me how nice they ware. It makes me feel good when I send flowers and they say they are beautiful.

My husband had ordered flowers for me a week before Valentine's Day, I never received the flowers, customer service does not answer when I call. They don't answer my emails. Nowhere to get help! Terrible service so sorry I didn't get my flowers

I ordered and paid for a birthday bouquet with chocolates and a card. When it was delivered to the person, there were flowers, no chocolate and more than half of the text that I had noted on the card was missing.
