We rented 4 bicycles from this shop and the quality of the bikes was very good and the price for it was really fair. Besides that, Ali is very nice guy, willing to help you with all your questions. So, i would recommend Ali / Cykelplads to get your bike for a copenhagen sightseeing bike tour.

Had a very good experience while buying a bicycle. Given that I'm not used to Danish style cycles with single brake and I'm not tall, I needed a cycle with 50-51cm height with gears and 2 brakes, which is not very common to find, I found exactly what I wanted here in this shop! Ali at the store was very friendly and helped both me and my friend to choose comfortable cycles and we got a nice deal for the bikes and accessories, when compared to nearby shops selling bikes with similar specifications. The shop also provides servicing for the bike and overall it was the best cycle shop I have come across in Copenhagen so far. Definitely recommend to visit this shop once if you're planning to buy a cycle.

Selling cheap goods at extremely high prices. If you are unlucky enough to fall for their "offer" and regret it, there is no way to get a fair refund. Stay away! They are not good people in there.

It is simply Denmark's best bicycle dealer and repairer. Ali's craftsmanship is top notch and is always ready to help. He is very good at his job, and is happy to have the bike ready the same day! (Mostly within a few hours!!) I highly recommend.
