I spent 600 kr on a lad cykel service (ca 100 kr more than other places) and found that nothing had been done. A couple of days after the service I found out that my wheel was squeaking, so I went to another bike shop to get it checked out. To my horror (considering I drive the Lad cykel with my family in it) I was told that the bolts on my bike were not even tightened, the gears were not adjusted and the wheel was misaligned. To make it even worse when I was there to pick up the bike it was almost impossible to communicate and the bike was outside on the road with only a small chain that anyone would be able to cut. A truly horrible cash grab, I hope that anyone reading this considers where they get their bicycles serviced, because this is not it.

Warning! Handed my punctured bike to the owner of the shop. He tried to sell me more services and said that there is no guarantee if there is a puncture again tomorrow and if I did not accept that the tire and chain should be replaced. I explained that the bike had been fully serviced a few months ago and I only wanted the tube replaced. He became irritated and angry. After taking the bike home, just 50 meters from the shop, it was punctured again after a few hours. When I returned the next day and explained that I hadn't used the bike, I asked if he could fix the problem (possibly a faulty assembly?). He became enraged, scolded me and claimed that the tire was worn and that the puncture was due to long trips, which was not true. His rudeness made me leave the store immediately. It was really an unpleasant atmosphere when he shouted. Update: Had the tube repaired at another bike shop nearby. They confirmed that the entire bike, including the tire, was in good condition and did not need replacement. And that the hose was installed incorrectly. They have also had several customers from BK Cykler with similar experiences.
