BC catering is the worst products delivery company in Denmark and maybe the world. For products used in pastry and baking their selection is constantly out of stock. There are long wait times on items, and even when you order something in advance it may not show up. For example, we ordered laminating butter almost two weeks in advance. On the day it is scheduled for delivery the company delivers a completely different product and writes on the invoice they don’t have what we ordered. The product they sent is not comparable at all. No communication the day before to warn us about the problem. Zero accountability. This is only one example of incompetence out of many. Save yourself the headache. DO NOT use this company. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Unloading is opposite. There is no parking, no shower, no toilet. Unloads yourself and quickly. There is a parking lot for 30 cars, it is allowed without a time limit, you just need to get to the place through exit 9, or from the unloading at the roundabout to the left and at the traffic light to the left.
