I am extremely disappointed with the service I received here. When I changed the cooler for my car, I was promised a two-year warranty, but the dealership failed to honor this commitment. I have encountered issues with the engine cooling system within the warranty period, and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to cover the necessary repairs and added a lot on unexpected repair cost. This not only reflects a breach of trust but also a disregard for their own warranty terms. It's unacceptable for a dealership to make promises to customers and then fail to deliver on those promises. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service and commitment provided by them. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership, as they do not appear to stand behind their warranty commitments. My overall experience has been a very disappointment, and I am now left due to their failure to uphold their two-year engine cooling system warranty.
