Great little restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen. They advertise themselves as modern Middle Eastern cuisine and they are hitting that claim absolutely. We all chose the menu and had more than enough food to share. The accompanying wine was a good addition and we had a blast there.

Had a fantastic time. Staff are charismatic, enthusiastic and attentive. Makes it enjoyable to be there. Food was very modernly served in good sized portions. I had the 6 course vegetarian menu. Starters had very authentic but novel flavors to them. It consisted of flatbread, fried ball of risotto and falafel. Mains were labneh/Cabbage and Morrocan Cigars. The Moroccan Cigars could be enjoyed well due to the spiciness and crunch. The Cabbage was a bit less than desired but that was due to personal preference as I dislike goat cheese. Dessert was Baklava which tasted as great, not too sweet to my suprise. Prize was moderate.

TLDR: go here and eat until your stomach explodes. Denmark has good healthcare. Got a vacation planned for Denmark? Just go to this restaurant and eat the whole time, you’ll have the best time. Let’s discuss the food. We got the 12 course Jaffa menu and it was out of control. I was eating so much I forgot to take pictures. Everything was cooked to perfection and Guy Fieri would be proud because you’re in flavor town the whole time. On the service side, they have it together. Our server George, who is also the owner, was a mad man magician. Anything we needed was there almost before we asked. All the things we needed to do in Copenhagen, mapped out. The people we needed to know, he introduced us. Felt like family the night we met. If you in Copenhagen, you need to eat here at least twice. Tell them you a Fernet Branca coin.

Quality and quantity food. Stuff very professional and sweet. Thank you for this amazing experience! Update: I’m coming here after six months and the taste of the meals is just absolutely amazing!! I am adding more images to see. We booked them through Early Bird. For now is my favorite restaurant in Copenhagen. Oh, that chicken was like a dream! 🍗🍗

As if arriving in Copenhagen during unexpected snowfall wasn’t magical enough, my boyfriend and I stumbled across Yaffa for our first meal in town and we were completely blown away. We checked out a couple other restaurants in the plaza and chose Yaffa purely based on the vibe looking in - cozy, warm, fun (everyone was smiling). The minute we sat down, we knew we made the right choice. We were overwhelmed by the options so we went with the 12 course Yaffa menu. Every dish was delicious, but the real show-stoppers were the flatbread and red pepper harissa spread, duck, and baklava - unlike any similar dishes I’ve had in the past. A truly incredible meal. What really set Yaffa aside though, was the service. Our server and the owner George was attentive, honest (recommending certain things over others by my taste), and above all, one of the most caring people I’ve met in the hospitality industry. I’ve served and bartended myself, and I could instantly tell that he loved what he was doing and made his whole team feel the same way. We sat in the bar area and could see everyone’s seamless teamwork throughout the whole meal. Every person from the bar to the runner to the chef was on point, and I respect the hell out of that because it’s not easy. Despite the busy-ness of the dinner rush, George made the time to give us recommendations for our trip. He even took us across the plaza to our new favorite cocktail bar, Strøm (which we went to 3/4 nights of our visit). I honestly can’t imagine our Copenhagen trip without that first night at Yaffa. Thank you to George and the team for one of the most memorable experiences of our travels!

The place is outstanding. You must try the duck and the cocktails as well. Marika and Arthur provide the best customer service, attending any requests and making you feel at home. Really recommending the place! 💯

Wonderful dinner for my first night in the city! Made reservations for an early dinner and the outdoor seating was lovely. Staff was very nice and made recommendations and explained dishes to us. Everything was excellent. The chef accidentally made a fried halloumi dish instead of something we ordered, so they gave the extra dish to us free of charge and it ended up being one of our favorites. Cocktails also excellent as well, was made very chilled and refreshing.

Sometimes fixed tasting menus can be boring, but Yaffa surprised us! All dishes were extra, a taste bomb in the mouth! Our waitress was also extremely nice and helpful, and provided a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Definitely became a go-to place in Copenhagen
